Who is Bunker?

Bunker started as an outdoor site in Seaham, was the first of its kind really as it was purely focused on the competitive world of airsoft. Luke and Kosta began the journey with simply a dream of a place where the UK's Speedsoft scene could grow without limitations, a place that truly was built by the players.

Bunker has always been player focused and will always continue to be, we listen to the players, without you guys, we would still be only a pipe dream. The journey began in May 2023 with the first 3-Man competition, and since that first one we've grown and grown.

In November 2023, we took the plunge and decided to invest in District 23 and to create the UK's first full size indoor field, we didn't know at the time but this move was going to become the best decision we made, as throughout December and January the outdoor site took a hammering from the weather.

In March 2024, we took the difficult decision to close down the outdoor site and just focus on the indoor field at District 23. Genuinely to this day that was the best decision we made, and since then the UK scene has truly began to explode. 

​

Along came the Astro in early September 2024, and that has truly unlocked a whole new level to the field. We now feel that we have the full package for players, but we're only just getting started. 

​

2025 will see the UK's first large scale league system, with an expected prize pool across 2 divisions to be £8000 alongside this we've got some pretty cool plans in place which we will be releasing early 2025.

​

So, going into 2025, we have full air bank system, full sized 5-Man field, full commentary setup, raised viewing areas, ample pit space for teams, dedicated staging areas, full live stream setup, on-site shop and cafe. You might be thinking, what else do we have planned? Trust me, this is only the beginning. 

​
